Bylaw Committee

The Bylaw Committee reviews the District's bylaws to modernize and revise them for efficiency and to promote good governance of the District. Through this committee, the Board of Directors can commit focused study to the proper governance of the organization.

Review and recommend proposed bylaws amendments following the Board of Directors (BOD) direction.
Review District Bylaws to ensure that they are in congruence with the TNA Bylaws in the areas of required compliance.
