Government Affairs Committee

The Government Affairs Committee focuses on informing government officials about TNA’s policy positions. It gathers information from elected officials and other sources to inform the District and TNA about advocacy opportunities. Members of this committee help the District and TNA navigate emerging issues and discuss these issues with elected officials.

• TEXAS NURSE PAC is the officially sponsored political action committee (PAC) of the Texas Nurses Association that identifies candidates deserving of nurses' endorsement and financial support in races for the Texas Senate, Texas House of Representatives, and selected statewide races, including the governor and lieutenant governor races.
