Important Dates from Nominating/Elections Committee:

Campaigning will begin on April 28, 2025.

Candidate Forum will be held during our May General Membership Meeting on May 5, 2025, at 6 PM CST via Microsoft Teams.
- Each candidate will have an opportunity to address the membership briefly, and if time permits, take questions from the membership on key issues or topics of priority/concern.
- If a candidate cannot attend the meeting, they may submit a prerecorded audiovisual or written statement to be shared with the membership.
Ballots will be sent out via email on May 12, 2025, to the entire active membership.
Voting will close on May 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.
If you have been nominated, self-nominated, or would like to run for a position, please submit (1) a photo, (2) curriculum vitae (C.V.), or document with a biographical personal statement, a short, narrative piece that summarizes your life experiences, achievements, and aspirations as well as what you plan to do in your role within the District. This will be used to introduce you as a candidate to the membership.
Please submit (1) a photo and (2) a C.V. or biographical personal statement via email: tnadistrict@7gmail.comby April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST to accept your nomination and validate candidacy.
