TNA District 7 Early Career Nurse (ECN) Committee

The Early Career Nurse (ECN) Committee, comprised of nurses with less than five years of experience or those who are nurse practice developers, will advise the District on specific issues impacting the transition to practice, the early career nurse’s intent to leave the profession, and perspective on the unique needs of early career nurses. Specifically, this committee provides input and feedback to committees, work groups, the policy council, and the Board of Directors on TNA and District initiatives and nursing issues that affect early career nurses.
